Appendix A - Magic Numbers



Cryptography systems are based on mathematical problems so complex they cannot be solved without a key.


A symbol or motif is exoteric if it is one of those which can be found in the background whenever there is a reference to cryptology or cryptography systems. In this case the context is the demonstration of the black box in Sneakers (1992), and the implied reference is to DAL27. Apart from merely designating Delta Airlines, DAL is also an acronym for ‘database abstraction layer,’ which is a programming interface used to unify communication between an application and a database while hiding the database specifics from people other than the programmer. Programmers use their own abstractions which are designed to fulfill the needs of the individual products (the application) which their databases (the programming language) support. The subtle meaning will only make sense to someone who knows what the various symbols associated with the archetypes are, well enough to identify them very quickly. Everyone else will be left with an impression of something they haven’t understood.

This is the basis for the regular associations between the encoded motifs and what they are meant to signify. In this case the association is between the black box (the cube) being the code breaker and the number 27 being the code. The people who made the film intended for our subconscious minds to see it, because our subconscious minds are already connected to the unus mundus, but they didn’t intend that we would know what we were looking at. In many cases we may even suppose that the filmmakers have applied the archetypes unconsciously, as that is what the notion that God is sending us signals via the unus mundus essentially amounts to. This is quite obvious, in fact, when one realizes that this kind of symbolism is everywhere in mainstream cinema.

This appendix covers the most widespread and common of the exoteric symbols in common use, particularly those discussed in the book. The purpose is primarily to demonstrate the prevalence of these motifs, and secondarily to explain their meanings in conjunction with others, and within their respective contexts. The context of the motif generally determines its meaning due to the specificity of the use. The symbols are the database; the context is the database abstraction layer.

To begin, let’s take a look at this image from The Secret of Moonacre (2008). The short hand on the clock points to 2 distinctly Masonic pillars behind the crouching chef, while a Kundalini representation points to 3 o’clock.

The time (9:03) show that Maria is having her spiritual awakening. 3:00 designates Mercury, the ruling planet of Virgo. In this case it implies the union of opposites and spiritual enlightenment. 9:00 designates Neptune (glamour, deception, mysticism, etc.).

A similar idea is conveyed in the images used by the Canadian rock band Rush to promote their recent Time Machine tour. The ‘U’ in ‘Rush’ is the alchemical symbol of amalgamation, particularly of mercury (the element) with another element. This other element is clearly the pineal oil of the Illuminists’ Solar Initiation. The bottom gear (chakra) shows the number 3 (Mercury) within the Star of Ishtar (Venus). The one on the top left is the circumpunct (Venus) with 3 spokes (Mercury). The one on the top right shows the long hand at 12, designated by the alchemical symbol of copper (Venus), and the short hand at 3, designated by the alchemical symbol of Mercury. The rest are as follows: 1) Sulphur (Sun); 2) Annealing (purification by fire); 4) Winter; 5) Zinc; 6) Sirius; 7) Water (Aquarius); 8) Oil Essence (pineal substance); 9) Neptune (spiritual enlightenment); 10) Gold (perfection, Solar Initiation); 11) Earth (genesis).




In chapter 1 we have explained how both sides of the spiritual dichotomy regard ‘genesis’ (or palingenesis) as both the hidden meaning of the symbolism and the key to the code. Adam and Eve were told to “replenish” the earth in Genesis 1:28. A closer look at the Genesis symbol at 11 o’clock will also show that it is a capped pyramid, the symbol representing the Eye of Providence. 11 also happens to be the number which the Illuminati have chosen to represent themselves. All that is to say that Rush, like many others, are openly using alchemical symbolism to further their esoteric New Age agenda, as they have been since 1968.




We will show and decode more of the slightly esoteric symbolism on musical artists’ album covers in appendix B, but a full exposition will have to wait for a later date. For now, let us focus on the instances of hidden or subtly placed references to the magic numbers used for basic purposes (42, 27, 28, 22, 3:00, 33) in the films we’ve reviewed. Then we will show a few more instances of other important motifs, particularly the use of the pyramid, signifying Genesis, and the more complex associations based on combinations of symbols. Remember that the purpose is to aid you in deciphering the archetypal code so you can be privy to God’s thoughts, not to simply present the evidence for left-brained consumption.

The majority of films we are citing here are what we have called “anti-establishment,” meaning that they both make use of exoteric symbolism to exemplify that the filmmakers are aware of it, and have a bias which is opposed to the more mainstream Satanic and Luciferian agendas. These two criteria are essential to proving that while the Masons and Jews in Hollywood have certainly produced their share of films which are heavily laden with symbols, the symbols themselves are not of Satanic or Masonic origin. It’s not as though Lucifer is the Creator responsible for the existence of archetypes, after all. All he can do is try to control the use of the images as symbols through whatever proxies he has under his control. The difference is whether we regard a cube as a geometric shape in nature, or as an “ashlar” that needs to be smoothed by an inference or interpretation that natural reason doesn’t necessarily convey.

Perhaps the clearest and most intentional use of the magic numbers that we’ve been able to find in any anti-establishment films is the many references to a “Station 42” in Cargo (2009). As in the other Europeanmade anti-establishment film Pandorum (2009), the manipulated living in Cargo are under a cryogenic sleep hold in the cargo of a vessel bound for another planet in their attempt to escape Earth after ecological disasters have made it uninhabitable. They have been told they are going to the paradise planet of Rhea, when in fact they are plugged into a virtual reality matrix at a place called Station 42, and the people who plugged them into the simulation have no intention of ever unplugging them.

-Station 42 will be upgraded to a transport hub.


In this film the Two Witnesses are Decker, a security agent on a covert special assignment, and Portmann, a young doctor on the ship’s crew who winds up investigating Station 42. The crew members have been told that they are on a round-trip mission to Station 42 (Galactic Center) when in fact they are on a oneway trip to the planet Rhea. In a clear depiction of Mimir’s Well, the doctor hears strange noises in the cargo hold and wakes the rest of the crew. When the captain is murdered, she examines the footage taken by his artificial eye, and this prompts her to start asking questions:



What do you know about Station 42?


The captain’s death happens while they are investigating the sounds. In that scene Portmann is shown ascending a shaft at levels labeled E3-22 and E4-22:





We later find out that Station 42 is in orbit of Rhea 27B, a thinly disguised reference to Sirius B:





Other films which portray the Two Witnesses and make associations between the Ark and the number 42 or 422 include Lost in Space (1998), Moonraker (1979) and WALL-E (2008):

It should be inferred from chapter 7 that there are 2 timelines, that by the end of the world Lucifer will control one of them (the Ark of the Covenant), and that he wants to control the other (the Ark ship) as well. The association between 42 or 422 and the Ark is due to the fact that Lucifer has hijacked it. In real-life terms, as in Cargo, this means killing the crew and setting a new course for Sirius B at or just before the point of ascension (422).

As it is the number which Lucifer claims as his own, being essentially the number signifying the power of creation, and as the reign of the Antichrist is said to be 42 months, law enforcement officers are especially portrayed as representing the New World Order with 42. This vampire familiar is shown introducing himself to a woman he intends to murder as an officer from New York City’s 42nd Precinct in Blade (1998):

The bystander in the Redskins jersey in Supergirl (1984) shows how blatant the subliminal programming can be if we are looking for it. He is standing in a group headed by Lucy Lane which is protesting the world takeover of the antagonist Selena, who personifies the Red Queen:





In The Crazies (2010), the virus outbreak which leads to martial law and the subsequent extermination of the population is shown to occur in a fictional place called Ogden Marsh Township, population 1260 (i.e. the 42 months of Daniel and Revelation):

The most common place to find the number 42 deliberately planted in an anti-establishment film is in the first or last digits of a license plate used by the antagonists or human controllers, such as in The Box (2009):

A close examination of the constantly changing alphanumeric digits on the post-New World Order map of the world (represented in The Box by the United States Department of Defense’s Unified Combatant Commands) reveals many things, including a 42 over Beijing when most of the rest of the board is covered with Greek or Cyrillic letters:

Numerologically, 042 is the same as 42. In Sneakers (1992), the car which the protagonist is forced to ride as a prisoner in the trunk of seems to say, based on the context of the film, ‘sneak 42’ (the hidden message is 42), ‘tweak 42’ (find the answer by making a small inference), ‘leak 42,’ which would indicate that the secret algorithm of the black box which has the power to control the world is 42, or possibly ‘too weak for heaven,’ indicating that failing to figure out the deception is tantamount to imprisonment and death:





The trap in 28 Days Later (2002), which is comprised of 9 soldiers hoping to attract any female survivors of the virus to be used as sex slaves, lies at the 42nd blockade located 27 miles from Manchester. The blockade is at a highway sign labeled “The NORTH.” Notice the attention which is drawn to “The Lakes” (Mimisbrunnr, Urðarbrunnr):

As in this scene from Stone, Alien vs. Predator (2004) makes an association between 42 and 33 when one of the Witnesses looks at her digital compass-watch which reads 330° (which is the same as 33, numerologically) and 42°.

In Revelation (2001), the latitude of Rennes-le-Chateau is shown to be 42°, while the longitude of several other locations is shown to be approximately 27°:






A news reporter in Signs (2002) says that the first footage of an up-close encounter with the invading aliens, which we interpret as first contact with the grays, is captured by a 42-year-old.





In Gattaca (1997), Vincent Freeman steals the identity of Jerome Morrow, whose DNA is superior, in order to board the Ark. The validity number for Jerome’s DNA is JE7542DAN. The JE stands for Jerome (Jeremiah), implying that he is Nordic, or otherwise from the tribe of Dan:

When Vincent asks Jerome which pouch he should take for the urine sample which verifies his identity, the first one he reaches for is labeled 4/22:





Some films make 42 out to be a bad thing, such as the losing score in a competition, demonstrated here by The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002) and Starship Troopers (1997):

Shutter Island (2010) gives the number of patients in its mental wards as 42. This is the source of the controversy in the film, as there is an extra patient who is not accounted for. In this context the psychiatrists are debating whether to restrain them during a hurricane, which will mean they are certain to die when the wards are flooded:

Of course, nothing could be more disastrous for people on Earth than the end of the world. As we have seen in chapter 1, 42 is sometimes the number of the countdown, as in Sunshine (2007):





More often it is used to imply extraterrestrial contact, as in The Social Network (2010) and 27 Dresses (2008):

Most of these films are definitively anti-establishment, with a few exceptions. None of them blatantly support the Illuminist ideals. However, as it is the most significant of the magic numbers, 42 is also featured in pro-establishment films, perhaps with more repetition. Take Die Hard with a Vengeance (1995), for instance:

Needless to say, Spielberg is also obsessed with 42, which finds its way into his films as often as any others, usually without any kind of subtly. For instance, the opening scene of The Time Machine (2002) connects the number to V:

Sometimes it’s a little more subtle than this. Toward the beginning of Transformers (2007), we learn that the protagonist Sam Witwicky is descended from an intrepid explorer who has discovered the Decepticon leader buried in the ice of the Arctic Shelf. His crew consists of 42 sailors, including himself. At another time, Sam and his father are buying a used car, and the number comes up as the last 2 digits of the license of the first car they look at:





The Two Witnesses theme doesn’t have a prominent place in either Transformers or its first sequel (though it does in Transformers: Dark of the Moon). However, the first film does portray them as hackers who are briefed at the Pentagon on the alien cryptography code so that they can attempt to break it. When they first are introduced, the male draws attention to his shirt, which just happens to be a jersey with the number 42 on it, and which the female has just been looking at:

The NBC television show Heroes displays a heart rate of 42 bpm, with another reading of 42 and several 72s underneath to imply a connection between 42 and 27:

Considering that 42 is an extremely slow heart rate (the normal rate at rest for a healthy adult is between 60 and 80 bpm), this can only be taken to mean that special attention is being given to it. This attention is blatantly obvious when applied to Abe Sapien on two different occasions in Hellboy (2004):

Even in films which have no overtly discernable bias, 42 is often used with the number 27, or a scrambling of 27 (usually 72) to show a connection to something other than what is being presented. For example, Darren Aronofsky’s first film Pi is almost exclusively about gematria (Jewish numerology) and one man’s quest to find the number which unlocks the mysteries of the universe, so it should not be surprising that his film The Fountain (2006) makes an implicit reference to 27 as the “mediolateral” (bridge) to M42 when it is used together with 42 as the angle of incidence (of a rainbow):

Apart from 42 and 27, the most significant of the magic numbers prevalent in film are 28, 33, 422, and also 3 o’clock. 28, of course, is the number of the countdown to 2012. 3:00 therefore represents 2012 as much as anything, as that is when Satan is supposed to come into this dimension, though the Illuminati actually regard 2012 it as the beginning of the New Era due to the date of the conjunction, rather than an exact fixed date of the opening of the portal.

The image above is in clear reference to the airlock (Door #2) which Hugo Drax introduces as the passage “from this world to the next” in Moonraker (1979). That is to say that 28 is the number associated with the airlock. Rather than an escape or even a way back into the ship, as presented, it is actually a bridge to the next cube if the cube is a prison, or else the number associated with the second cube. In other words, 28 is the number of the trap which has the majority of people trapped on the timeline, or of samsara/reincarnation.

Stargate (1994) shows, as a few other films do, that the portal is supposed to be located at a US Air Force base on the 28th floor. This is obviously not an indication of the location of the real gate, which is in Jerusalem, but of the underground military facilities in the SW United States, such as those at Groom Lake, Nevada and White Sands, New Mexico.
